Clear and assess
Remove accessible debris, identify low-infill areas and evaluate traffic, pet-use and presentation concerns.
Real Southern Utah project · Infill restoration
This large property needed more than a surface clean. ClearTurf worked through the turf system, installed approximately 4,600 pounds of fresh infill and rebloomed the fibers into the full, even finish the homeowner wanted.

“Better than new.”

Why this scope made sense
The turf covered a large, highly visible outdoor living space, but the infill level and fiber presentation were not delivering the finish the property deserved. After inspecting the system, we built a fuller restoration scope rather than pretending grooming alone would solve it.
The work combined deep preparation, infill replenishment, mechanical distribution and detailed reblooming. Odor hot spots also received targeted treatment, followed by a return visit to verify and strengthen the result where needed.

Different sunlight changes how green turf appears in a photograph. The more useful comparison is fiber lift, density, evenness and how consistently the surface presents from edge to edge. Click any photo to inspect it full size.
What the project required
The exact process changes with turf condition, infill depth, pet use and access. These were the core phases of this project.
Remove accessible debris, identify low-infill areas and evaluate traffic, pet-use and presentation concerns.
Use mechanical grooming to lift matted turf and create space for infill to reach the system instead of sitting on top.
Install approximately 4,600 pounds across the property, then work it through the fibers with attention to depth and coverage.
Complete final grooming, edge work and a daylight quality check so the finished result reads consistently across the yard.
