Santa Clara, Utah · Real project proof

Artificial turf cleaning built around what the yard actually needs.

This 531-square-foot Santa Clara yard needed a deeper Reset—not a quick surface pass. ClearTurf worked through debris, tired fibers, problem-area buildup and infill support to create a genuinely clean baseline.

Actual ClearTurf Care work · Santa Clara, Utah

Completed September 14, 2026

A full-yard Reset with focused odor, extraction and infill work.

The service began with deeper debris removal, vacuuming and a detailed blowout along the turf edges and surrounding landscape. Pet-waste pickup was included. We then mechanically agitated and rebloomed the fibers so the work could reach beyond what was visible at the blade tips.

Problem areas received Pet Shield powered by OxyTurf and focused vacuum extraction for hard-water staining, grime and odor buildup. A Zeolite and Camofill blend was distributed and leveled to support the turf system before final grooming.

The honest recommendation

One good result is evidence—not a universal promise.

This turf responded exceptionally well. The amount of improvement possible in another yard will depend on the fibers, backing, seams, base, drainage, infill and how long the underlying conditions have been developing.

For pet areas: Pet Shield creates a cleaner baseline in the agreed treatment zones. New pet use can create new odor, so waste pickup, home care and the right maintenance cadence still matter.

Santa Clara turf-care questions

Straight answers before you book.

We will recommend the least complicated scope that can make a meaningful difference.

Does every Santa Clara yard need this full scope?

No. A generally healthy yard may only need a Refresh. We recommend a Reset or Restore when debris, compaction, odor, mineral buildup or infill concerns justify the additional work.

Can you help with hard-water staining?

Often, focused cleaning and extraction can meaningfully improve mineral-affected turf. Results depend on the severity, turf condition and how long the buildup has been present.

Why combine Zeolite and Camofill?

Zeolite may support odor management in the turf system, while Camofill helps replenish support with a more natural-looking finished appearance. We only recommend infill when the condition and use of the yard call for it.

Do you offer recurring care in Santa Clara?

Yes. We can recommend monthly, quarterly or lighter seasonal care based on pets, traffic, debris and the finish you want to maintain.
