ClearTurf’s most comprehensive odor-treatment path

A deeper treatment path for severe artificial-turf odor.

ClearTurf PRIME combines mechanical preparation, a carefully sequenced peroxide reset, zeolite infill support and microbial enzymes for qualifying yards where ordinary odor care is not enough.

PRIME creates a stronger clean baseline. It does not prevent new pet use from creating new residue or odor.

When a surface treatment is not enough

We treat the turf system—not only the air above it.

Severe odor can involve compacted fibers, trapped organic material, repeat-use zones, depleted infill and residue below the visible blade tips. PRIME gives those conditions a more complete treatment path without pretending one product solves every yard.

We inspect first and recommend the least complicated scope that can responsibly help. Drainage limitations, damaged turf, saturated base material and continuing pet use can affect the result.

PRIME

Peroxide Reset · Infill · Microbial Enzymes

Four coordinated stages. One full-system recommendation.

R01

Prepare & reset

Power brooming, sweeping and debris removal lift compacted fibers and open the turf for the treatment stages.

P02

Peroxide

A carefully selected oxidizing treatment begins the chemical reset after the turf has been properly prepared.

I03

Infill

Zeolite is worked into compatible systems where appropriate to help adsorb ammonium and support odor management.

ME04

Microbial enzymes

After the oxidation stage has subsided, a compatible enzyme formula targets remaining organic residue through a different mechanism.

PRIME names the treatment components; these steps show the service order. Products, concentration, timing, temperature and turf condition are assessed for the property. Enzymes follow only after the oxidation stage has subsided, according to product directions. ClearTurf does not casually mix cleaners or recommend improvised chemical layering.

Pet Shield or PRIME?

Two honest treatment levels for two different kinds of need.

We use Good, Better and Best recommendations to make the decision clear—not to push every yard toward the biggest package.

Targeted odor care

Pet Shield

  • Peroxide-based treatment for scoped pet-use zones
  • May include zeolite support when conditions warrant it
  • Fits many normal pet-odor situations
  • A more accessible treatment level

Multi-stage odor reset

PRIME

  • Mechanical reset, peroxide, zeolite and microbial enzymes
  • Built for severe, layered or recurring odor conditions
  • Greater labor, materials and treatment sequencing
  • Recommended only after inspection

The project that proved the process

A real Cedar City dog-run transformation.

Our September 23 Cedar City service became PRIME’s foundational field application. The photos show the physical condition, mechanical preparation and finished presentation; they do not pretend a photograph can prove odor removal.

Straight answers before we recommend it

PRIME is not automatically the right answer.

Is PRIME right for every pet yard?

No. Some yards respond well to a standard cleaning and Pet Shield. PRIME is reserved for conditions where a multi-stage approach is justified.

Does PRIME permanently prevent odor?

No. New pet waste can create new residue and odor. Pickup, home care and an appropriate professional cadence still matter.

Does PRIME include the Pet Shield warranty?

Coverage is confirmed in the written scope after assessment. We do not assume warranty eligibility or duration from photos alone.
