A field career with a real next step.

What this work is actually like

Outdoor, physical and detail-heavy—in a good way.

This is specialized field service, not a desk job and not a quick spray-and-go lawn route. We work in heat, around pets and on properties people care about. We train the process, protect the customer’s space and expect the final grooming, cleanup and documentation to look finished.

For younger applicants: some after-school support roles can be a strong first step into the trade. Duties and hours are assigned by age, training and applicable law. Restricted equipment, driving and chemical work stay with properly authorized team members.
